Technicians handle system setup support, sound checks, live mixing, troubleshooting, and coordination. This ensures your event runs smoothly without requiring you or your staff to manage the equipment.

What this service includes

  • On-site technician present during your event (between setup and teardown)
    • This service does not include setup or teardown labor. For clarity and accurate pricing, setup and teardown are selected separately within each package.
  • Sound check and level balancing
  • Live operation of microphones and playback
  • Adjustments during the event as needed

Yes. Technician service is separate from Setup and Teardown service. Event service covers delivery, setup, and teardown of the equipment, while the technician operates and manages the system during the event. Most events that include a technician will also include Setup and Teardown service.
